Delivery Policy

1) All Orders are shipped out on Wednesday and arrive on Thursday. The Cut off time for all orders is Monday 11PM. If Placed after we will try our best to have your order on that week's shipment.

2) Once shipped we will provide a tracking number, due to our third party  courier service we cannot provide a specific time  of delivery.

3) We aim to deliver the patties on Thursday , if you know that you will not be available to receive the package; please place an alternative  in the the instruction tab, if that may be the case .

4)  If you feel goods are not fit for consumption on receipt of delivery it is your responsibility to contact us immediately and provide us with the relevant information e.g., picture/video, expiry date and time of delivery.

5)  Any faulty or mis-described products that are sent to you, with correct proof we will refund the amount of this.

6)  If we have to cancel an order due to an event out of our control, we will contact you promptly.

7)  You have the right to cancel your order by 9:30am  Tuesday on the week of delivery. Any cancellations after this point will not be accepted.

8) Payment for products and delivery charges is in advance. Payment will be taken once your order has been placed.

9) We reserve the right to extend, withdraw or cancel promotional items, special offers or voucher codes, at any time for any reason without notice. All offers are subject to availability and while stocks last .

10) Any orders for collection, that are not collected on the date a customer has selected, will be available after to collect at  later point, when we are open.

11) All wholesale orders (Large quantity) placed via phone/Email will need to be either paid in full or, at our own discretion half-paid.
