What are the quantities of the patties?
A single box of normal-sized Patties, contain 24 patties in a box.
A single box of Mini-sized Patties, contain 50 patties in a box.
A single bag of coco bread contains 10 Cocobreads.
A box of apple crumble contains 24 apple crumbles .

Are the Patties Halal?
Yes all of our meats are sourced from our local butchers TFC Catford.
Can i just walk-in and order ?
Yes but we would strongly suggest that you place the order online a at least a 24 hours before.
As walk-in orders are £30.00 per box mixed box , whereas orders placed online are 28.00 per box.
Can i buy an a single patty ?
Yes of course but that is subject to what is available in the bakery.
Do we deliver to countries beyond the UK
Currently no, however we are looking into this.
Why don't we wear gloves ?
Legally we are not allowed to as Gloves contain more bacteria, not to mention our staff are always washing their hands.
1. Shipping Schedule:
- All orders are dispatched on Wednesdays and are expected to arrive on Thursdays.
- The cut-off time for placing orders is Monday at 11 PM. Orders placed after this time will be included in the subsequent week's shipment whenever possible.
2. Tracking Information:
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided. Please note that, due to our third-party courier service, we cannot specify a precise delivery time.
3. Delivery Day Coordination:
- Our aim is to deliver your patties on Thursdays. If you anticipate that you won't be available to receive the package, kindly provide an alternative delivery instruction in the designated tab.
4. Quality Concerns:
- If you find the goods unsuitable for consumption upon delivery, it is your responsibility to promptly contact us. Provide relevant information such as pictures/videos, expiry date, and the time of delivery.
5. Refund for Faulty Products:
- In the case of faulty or mis-described products, accompanied by appropriate evidence, we will initiate a refund for the affected amount.
6. Order Cancellation:
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, resulting in the cancellation of an order, we will promptly notify you.
7. Cancellation Policy:
- You reserve the right to cancel your order until 9:30 AM on Tuesday of the delivery week. No cancellations will be accepted after this deadline.
8. Payment Terms:
- Payment for both products and delivery charges is required in advance. Your payment will be processed once the order is placed.
9. Promotional Offers:
- We retain the right to extend, withdraw, or cancel promotional items, special offers, or voucher codes at our discretion, without prior notice. All offers are subject to availability and while stocks last.
10. Order Collection:
- For orders designated for collection, any uncollected items on the chosen date will be made available for pickup at a later time during our business hours.
11. Wholesale Orders:
- Wholesale orders (large quantities) placed via phone/email must be paid in full or, at our discretion, half-paid, depending on the agreement between the customer and Flakey Crust Bakery.
